You agree that CV Property Group is not liable to you or anyone else
for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, any direct,
indirect, special or consequential loss) arising out of, or in
connection, with:

• The use by CV Property Group of information provided by you to CV Property Group through the CV Property Group website;
• being unable to access the CV Property Group website for whatever
