CV Property Group is a newly established inner city office and is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who will liaise with vendors and potential buyers and prospect for new opportunities.

Essential Criteria

Possession of a Real Estate Licence.
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to apply them in a client focussed, professional environment.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work in a high volume environment.
Proven negotiation and consultation skills that influence, develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with clients and colleagues to achieve successful results.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement corporate and individual sales projections and meet those targets.
Experience in identifying, recommending and implementing improved sales techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to prepare and provide high quality, accurate briefs and reports.
Demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and to provide a high standard of supervision and guidance to staff reporting to this position.
Sound computer skills and ability to use various applications and databases, particularly REST.
Commitment to satisfying Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
Knowledge, understanding and implementation of ethical practice.
A current drivers licence.

Sound computer skills and ability to use various applications and databases, particularly Rest.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement corporate and individual projections and meet those targets.

CV Property Group is a newly established inner city office is seeking an individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills who will provide administrative support to management and staff.


Essential Criteria

Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to apply them in a client focussed, professional environment.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work in a high volume environment.
Ability to use Rest, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Skilled in the development of templates, merge documents, databases and spreadsheets.
Willingnes to photocopy, collate training and promotional materials, meeting papers and minutes, as required.
Demonstrated ability to maintain printers, faxes and other office equipment, load consumables, clear faults and arrange service to ensure continuity of operation.
Experience in daily banking transactions and collecting and distributing daily mail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Registration and maintain required study and training.
Commitment to satisfying Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
