Recently I purchased a home unit at Rosebery.  I was fortunate to come across the apartment and meet Conrad Vass, the selling agent (Licensee in Charge) of the CV Property Group.

From the time we first walked into the apartment Conrad was very helpful and offered us a large amount of information regarding the building and the apartment.  Conrad had extensive knowledge of the Vendor’s requirements for the sale.  Conrad was very obliging when it came to extra visits out of hours while I was making the decision as to whether to purchase the unit.

In these difficult financial times, Conrad showed a great deal of patience while I was obtaining finance approval and I found him to be very professional with all aspects of the purchasing process.
